According to Fox 11 LA, California is reimplementing the indoor mask mandate starting December 15th! The indoor mask mandate will run from December 15th- January 15th and it is implemented for everyone regardless of vaccination status. State Health Secretary Dr. Mark Ghaly says COVID-19 cases in California increased by 47% after the Thanksgiving Holiday which is why the indoor mask mandate is making a return. The new mandate will also require unvaccinated people to show proof of a negative antigen COVID test 24 hours before or a negative PCR COVID test 48 before attending events.
