In an interview with People, Megan Thee Stallion says it's time for rap to address homophobia against the LGBTQ+ Community.She says that the conversation is long overdue, and proceeds to say that:

"Representation is important, and it is really crucial for us all to have compassion and acceptance of every human."

Megan also told People that she is working on a new project, and this one will be a complete shock for her fans, and that she is 'creating things that feel good to me right now.'
