The Newest Health Trend I'm Trying!

You guys all know I love trying new health tips and trends that are out.. and the newest one I am trying is Himalayan pink salt & lime juice! 

You use 1/4 tsp of PINK Himalayan salt.. lime juice & warm water! That's it! I'm not gonna lie it's not the most TASTY drink of drinks HOWEVER there are a lot of health benefits!




I usually follow this up with a glass of apple cider vinegar & lemon juice with warm water!

Here are some of the health benefits:


Balances your body's acidity 

Boosts immune function

Reduces problematic cellulite 

Clears up skin and adds a fresh glow

Paves the way for better sleep


I've been doing the salt & lime juice for about 2 weeks so I will report back as to how I'm feeling in about a month!
