Rihanna is truly showing no signs of slowing down any time fast. It was recently reealed that she has been cast to play a villainous role in the upcoming blockbuster "The Fast and the Furious 6."

The "You Da One" singer will star in the movie alongside Vin Diesel and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

An inside source told the Sun, "Rihanna impressed with her acting debut in 'Battleship.' Writers think she'll be perfect for the role. Her character has plenty of bite and doesn't take any prisoners - just like her in real life." The source continued, "It's a step up the ladder for her and could lead to bigger action roles."

The sixth installment of the speed racing franchise is set for release in May 201, but production on the film is said to begin next month.
