Carmen Electra and ex Dave Navarro famously documented their marriage in their MTV reality show Til Death Do Us Part before calling it quits. But don't expect a show to revolve around Electra and her husband-to-be, rocker Rob Patterson. According to reports Mary-Kate Olsen, (who, according to Forbes, splits an estimated $40 million annual income with her sister Ashley) is “burning through her money,” says Us Weekly. The magazine says that M-K has been advised to cut down on “travel, jewelry, clothes and especially security.” That said, the magazine also includes the counter-opinion of an insider who claims things are fine. “She has been focusing so much on her career and business, there hasn’t been time to spend a lot of money,” the source says.

A Pinellas County Circuit Court judge in Florida ruled Thursday that Hulk and Linda Hogan do NOT have to buy the much disputed over condo in Las Vegas, a purchase the Cougar wanted but the former wrestler was resisting. They had originally planned to buy the condo before they decided to split up. Terry Bollea, who is better known as Hulk Hogan, did not want to go through with the $4.2 million purchase because he thought the condo had lost too much value. Linda Bollea still wanted to buy it. The couple put down $840,000 on the property in 2005, before Linda started divorce proceedings. Judge Greer also made some temporary rulings until the couple's divorce becomes final. Linda will get $40,000 per month for living expenses beginning September 1st and ending one year later. Linda will have use of the couple's home on Willowdale in Belleair Bluffs. Terry will have the use of the couple's home on Eldorado in Clearwater, Florida. Terry will pay for utilities, phone, water, and sewer services, as well as paying for household help at both homes. The judge also split up the use of the couple's cars. Hulk Hogan will have to take care of filing the couple's joint federal tax returns for 2007 and 2008. Linda Bollea will not be held liable for any taxes. The couple has been married 24 years.

Look for Oprah Winfrey to be at the Democratic National Convention in Denver on Aug. 28. BFF Gayle King tells Entertainment Tonight that the talk show host will be front and center for Barack Obama's acceptance speech. But she has no plans to take the stage. King tells ET, "Oprah has not been asked to introduce him, is not expecting to be asked to introduce him and I would doubt that she would want to introduce him. She thinks this is HIS moment. I know that she is planning to be there." And so is Gayle.

Bernie Mac died saturday morning from complications due to pneumonia in a Chicago area hospital, his publicist, Danica smith, said in a statement. Mac suffered from sarcoidosis, an inflammatory lung disease that produces tiny lumps of cells in the body's organs, but had said the condition went into remission in 2005. He recently was hospitalized and treated for pneumonia, which his publicist said was not related to the disease. Rhonda, Mac’s wife since 1977 and their 30 year old daughter, Je’niece, were with him when he died. "The world just got a little less funny," said "Oceans" co-star George Clooney. Mac’s funeral is set for august 16^th at an undisclosed location. 

Its good to be NBC. Friday night's NBC telecast of the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony was the most-watched and highest-rated non-US Summer Olympics opening ceremony broadcast ever. The Beijing event averaged 34.2 million viewers and received an 18.6 national household rating. According to the Hollywood Reporter, in the nearly 50 years of televised Olympics, that's higher than any previous non-domestic summer opener.  And NBC’s website saw its most traffic ever with 70 million page views - 10 times more than opening day of the Athens game. 

Batman is still ruling the box-office!!! The Dark Knight remained no. 1 for the fourth straight weekend, grossing $26 million and bringing its total take to $441.5 million and making it the third top-grossing film of all time, surpassing the previous third-ranked Shrek 2, reports Variety. Pineapple Express was the weekend's second best-performing movie, with $22.4 million. It was followed in the top 5 by the Mummy:Tomb Of the Dragon Emperor; $16.1 million; The Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants 2, $10.8 million; and Step Brothers, $8.9 million.

Anthony Hart, Carey Hart's brother (pink‘s ex husband), died yesterday after wrecking his motorcycle at Stafford Motor Speedway in Connecticut. Anthony Hart, 21, crashed during a practice session for the Doug Henry new England Grand Prix, which is part of the American Motorcyclist Association's Xtrm Supermoto Championship Series. Anthony was critically injured when he lost control of his motorcycle and slammed into a wall. He was airlifted to Hartford hospital where he later died according to reports.

John Edwards has finally admitted to having an extra marital affair with former campaign worker Rielle Hunter in an interview with Bob Woodruff of ABC news. Edwards admitted the affair was in 2006 but denied that he is the father of her child. He acknowledged that he had been dishonest in denying the entire Enquirer story, admitting that some of it was true, but said that the affair ended long before the time of the child's conception. He said he is willing to take a paternity test is not going to ask for a paternity test to prove whether or not her 5-month-old daughter is John's. Hunter said she would not agree to a DNA test "now or in the future.“ according to the NY Post, there's no father listed on birth certificate and Hunter wants to "maintain her privacy and her daughter's privacy."

Matthew Mcconaughey kept the placenta from the July birth of his son and plans to plant it in an orchard. In an interview with CNN's "House Call with Dr. Sanjay Gupta," Mcconaughey said he hopes it will fertilize the land, a ritual long followed in several cultures. "it's going to be in the orchards and it's going to bear some wonderful fruit," he said. 

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson both have heart tattoos, but they didn't get them together. "They are not matching or related. I checked," Ronson's mom, Ann Dexter-Jones, told Page Six. The lovebirds were spotted last week both inked with small, black heart tattoos on their hands, in between their thumbs and index fingers. In June, the two were spotted at Mark Mahoney's Shamrock Tattoos in West Hollywood.

And by the end of dinner, Williams had hopped onto Jonze's lap. That's when the couple proceeded to "smooch." Jonze "had his arm around [Williams] and kissed her on the cheeks, then on the lips." Both reps have no comment.

Reports hit the web Tuesday that Kim was being a total diva and getting ignored by Reggie at the Saints' training camp in Jackson, Mississippi BUT TMZ.com is clearing that that up saying Kim was cheering for her man during practice, but Reggie couldn't hear her because everyone else was screaming too. They were told Kim has also befriended all the other players' wives and after one of the games, she and Reggie even treated everyone to a screening of "The Dark Knight."

Scarlett Johansson, who in May announced her engagement to Canadian-born actor Ryan Reynolds, says she's eager to become an honorary Canadian when she marries Ryan! "I'm very excited; I’ve had wonderful times in Canada. It's a lovely country. It's a beautiful country and hopefully I'll be able to get through immigration faster now!" The two have yet to set a date.

Lisa Marie Presley and her husband, Michael Lockwood, have confirmed that they are having twins. It was rumored a few months ago that she had two babies. Lisa Marie's mom, Priscilla told ET, "She wanted it really to be kept a secret for a long time, you know, and I think women should, because they should be able to announce what they're having and when it's time to make the announcement." I'm surprised Priscilla can still move her face, let alone talk. She probably wrote down her statement, because there's no way that woman can move her mouth without the help for a crane. Lisa Marie has two children with ex-husband Danny Keough.

American Idol season 4 runner-up Bo Bice and his wife Caroline Fisher welcomed a baby boy, Caleb, on Tuesday, his rep tells Usmagazine.com exclusively. Bice, 32, and Fisher wed in July 2005 in Helena, Alabama. Their son Aidan was born in September 2005.
"[Caleb] is a good biblical name," Bice said at the American Idol finale show in May. "We stuck with that with both kids – good Irish and good biblical names... We're just blessed to have such a beautiful family." The rocker, who lives in Nashville, released the album See the Light in October 2007.

Dina Lohan is very upset! While filling in for Regis Philben on Live with Regis and Kelly! and Tuesday morning, Anderson Cooper said: "[Ali] is a 14-year-old girl,  looks to be about 60… I say that with concern and love. TOUGH ABC HAS NOT RELEASED THE OFFICIAL CAST FOR THE NEW SEASON OF "DANCING WITH THE STARS" In Touch IS REPORTING THAT Toni Braxton, Kim Kardashian, Jewel's boyfriend Ty Murray, Dan Marino, Lance Bass and Florence Henderson will all be competing. An insider tells In Touch. "The cast is eclectic and diverse: We've got young, old, gay, straight, dance professionals and people who've never danced before. Some of the cast are already starting to work out and train, even though they won't meet their dance partners for a few more weeks. It's shaping up to be the most fun season yet!" When asked for comment, an ABC rep said, "We are not at liberty to confirm any casting rumors or details prior to the official cast reveal taking place on Good Morning America, August 25." Season seven of the smash-hit dance competition will premiere on Monday, September 22, at 8 p.m. ET.

TMZ reports that Charlie Sheen paid a Beverly Hills doctor with spare change. Apparently, Dr. Peter Waldstein is a Beverly Hills pediatrician who has treated Charlie and Denise Richards' two kids. Charlie was said to be angry that the doc was immunizing the kids, because he doesn't believe in it. Charlie sent the doc a letter, demanding that he no longer treat the kids, but the Dr. fired his own letter back saying he would treat them if they needed medical attention, no matter what. As fate would have it-- there was this outstanding $380 bill that Charlie paid by messenger yesterday. And it was a big box filled with $380, all in nickels. That would be 7,600 nickels. TMZ reports that the Doctor is donating the money to the March of Dimes. Charlie's rep, Stan Rosenfield, said, "Dr. Waldstein should spend more time treating his patients than leaking stories to TMZ. Maybe Dr. Waldstein would like to be featured in John McCain's next television commercial [famous for being famous]."

Mary-Kate Olsen’s lawyer doesn't know where Heath Ledger got the drugs that killed him and has already provided investigators with "relevant information". The statement was released after speculation that MK wanted prosecutors to grant her immunity before she cooperates with a federal investigation in the death of her friend, Heath. The statement reads: "Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger's home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them. Regarding the Government's investigation, at Ms. Olsen’s request, we have provided the Government with relevant information including facts in the chronology of events surrounding Mr. Ledger's death and the fact that Ms. Olsen does not know the source of the drugs Mr. Ledger consumed. We don't know the source of the information being quoted in the media regarding the Government's inquiry, but these descriptions are incomplete and inaccurate."

Two contestants of “So You Think You Can Dance” had to be hospitalized this weekend after collapsing during rehearsals. The two were rushed to the hospital by ambulance on Saturday just days before the show’s finale. Both are said to be out of the hospital and are doing better. They were expected to resume rehearsals yesterday. Reps for Fox had no comment and did not release the identities of the two dancers. Stephen ‘Twitch’ Boss, Katee Shean, Courtney Galiano and Joshua Allen are the four remaining dancers in the competition.

According to E!s Mark Malkin, The Hills star, Lauren Conrad is going to be a presenter at the Oscar’s next month. He’s told the leggy models who hand the awards to winners will be wearing dresses from Conrad's fashion line. (They'll also be donning frocks from Beyoncé's design house, but the singer-actress is not expected to attend.) And that's not the only surprise! He reports that in addition the  five cohosts this year—Ryan Seacrest, Heidi Klum, Tom Bergeron, Howie Mandel and Jeff Probst— Oprah Winfrey will open the show. It’s still unclear what the talk-show queen will do, but she has agreed to be on stage for the first moments of the live telecast, a source says. The Emmys take place Sept. 21 at the new Nokia Theatre in downtown Los Angeles.

The survey is based on information from TV industry insiders and published sources. Who else brings in the big bucks? According to the magazine, Charlie Sheen is the highest-paid comedy star on primetime television, with $825,000 per episode. Some stars make serious money without appearing on TV at all. Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane, who supplies the voice of lead character Peter Griffin, just signed a deal with Fox that will net him $100 million through 2012.And The Simpsons cast — Dan Castellaneta, Julie Kavner, Nancy Cartwright, Yeardley Smith and Hank Azaria — each earn $400,000 per episode. Morgan Freeman is in good spirits, according to PEOPLE.com and is planning to have surgery after sustaining injuries in a car accident Sunday night. In a statement Monday afternoon, the actor’s red said, “He has a broken arm, broken elbow and minor shoulder damage but he is in good spirits," said Donna Lee. "He is going to have surgery this afternoon or tomorrow to correct the damage. He says he'll be okay and is looking forward to a full recovery." Morgan Freeman was listed in "serious" condition after a late-night car accident. Freeman was driving in Tallahatchie County when the accident happened at about 11:30 p.m., according to Mississippi Highway Patrol. He was removed from the wreck using the jaws of life, then airlifted from the accident scene to the Regional Medical Center at Memphis. A passenger, identified by police as Demaris Meyer, a friend of the family, was also in the car with Freeman.

Police say that Shia LaBeouf was not at fault in the Sunday morning accident that led to his DUI arrest and landed him in the hospital. Authorities now say the other car involved in the accident ran a red light, which caused the crash. LaBeouf and his “Transformers” co-star Isabel Lucas were in his truck early Sunday morning in West Hollywood when the vehicle collided with another car and overturned. LaBeouf was arrested and charged with DUI in the incident.

Online gossip blogs are reporting that People magazine has scored the winning bid for the first pictures of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's twins - Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline. Rumor has it-- the winning bid is between $10 million and $15 million. The pictures will come up in a future People magazine issue. The money paid to Brad and Angelina has already been earmarked for charity.

Another one bites the dust! Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong called it quits this weekend after a three-month romance. Usmagazine.com quotes a source who said, "There was no drama or ugliness – They just decided to end things. There is no hatred, just sadness."

Reports are saying that Britney Spears is spending $22,000-a-month on a diet plan to lose weight. It seems to have worked. She has already lost a lot of weight on her diet and exercise plan. Brit Brit spends $10,000-a-month on a nutritionist and diet supplements $8,000 on a personal trainer and $4,000 on a private dance choreographer. Reports also said that she limits herself to 1400 calories a day with one "cheat day" where she'll treat herself. She also changed the way she eats, trying to have only two thirds of what is on her plate. It's all about portion control and fresh food now.

Miley Cyrus will land her second No. 1 album on The Billboard 200 today, as "Breakout" debuts at the top with 371,000 copies sold in the US. That's the second-biggest sales week of the year for a female artist, following the 463,000 debut of Mariah Carey's "E=MC2".

“Indiana Jones” and "Transformers" star Shia LaBeouf was arrested for DUI after he was involved in an accident that landed him in the hospital. Shia was trying to make a left turn at a West Hollywood intersection around 3 a.m. when his pickup collided with another vehicle, rolling the truck over. He was arrested, booked, then released for misdemeanor DUI. The 22-year-old actor was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and was being treated for injuries to his left hand and a knee, as well as a minor head injury. According to his rep, "Shia is currently recovering from extensive hand surgery with plans to return to work on the set of "Transformers 2" within one month.”

The Sunday Mirror reports that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have asked U2's Bono to be the godfather of their newborn twins-- Knox Leon and daughter Vivienne Marcheline. According to a source close to the couple, "Brad and Angie think the world of Bono. They have been friends for years. Brad is a massive U2 fan and told Bono how much he admired him when they were introduced at a party a few years back. Since then, they've become very close, which Brad is thrilled about. Angelina is inspired by Bono's humanitarian work and gets on with his wife Ali Hewson."

 A few media outlets were reporting that Lindsay Lohan was hit by a motorcycle, her rep says that's not so. he NY Post and TMZ.com got word that while she was out in NYC with galpal Samantha Ronson, Lohan got hit by someone on a bike. Sources say her driver took her to Beth Israel Hospital in Midtown Manhattan and she checked herself out at 4:00 AM. But according to publicist Leslie Sloane, she "spoke to Lindsay, and she said nothing happened."

OK! mag reports the Dallas Cowboys' quarterback wants to see Jessica Simpson pack on the pounds. A source claims, "Tony is also the first to boost Jess about her body! Jessica admits that she's "packed on a few pounds but she doesn't care". "She's loving life and isn't trying to be Daisy Duke. Besides, if Tony loves the way she looks, who is anyone else to complain?"

Mark Wahlberg told People magazine that he is finally ready for marriage. Wahlberg said that he and longtime girlfriend Rhea Durham plan to have a formal wedding sometime next summer. The couple already has two children together with a third on the way.

Rumors were circulating that Madonna and Guy Ritchie are to renew their vows in a Kabbalah ceremony next month to coincide with her 50th birthday. Her rep, Liz Rosenberg said the story in London's The Sun newspaper is "complete fiction."

"The Dark Knight" starring Christian Bale and Heath Ledger, broke another box-office benchmark this weekend – going past the $300 million mark in a just 10 days. The movie grossed $75.6 million in its second weekend in theaters, bringing its North American box-office total to $314,245,000. The number breaks the record established by 2006's "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest", which hit $300 million after 16 days.

One of Madonna's exes, and the father of her daughter Lourdes, is speaking out for the first time since the rumors broke that she was involved with married Yankee Alex "A-Rod" Rodriguez. Carlos Leon tells People mag, "Trust me, that's a lie. I know for a fact, she wouldn't do that." Meanwhile, he says that their 11 year-old daughter Lourdes has remained her grounded self during these past weeks of nasty headlines. He said, "Look at me and the way I live: I ride my bicycle, I walk, I don't have a driver. That's how I keep her grounded. Her mom does a good job too -- she's not that person that everyone thinks. She's very laid back and cool."

Christian Bale spoke about his recent arrest in connection to an assault allegation filed by his mother and sister. "The Dark Night' told reporters in Spain, "It's a deeply personal matter. I would ask you to respect my privacy in the matter."

Us Weekly reports that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt used fertility treatments to conceive twins Knox and Vivienne. A source tells the mag, "They conceived through in vitro fertilization. They both desperately wanted more babies soon." Angelina chose the $12,000 a pop procedure so "she wouldn't have to deal with the stress of trying to get pregnant. She could just knock it out."

"American idol" runner-up David Archuleta may have won over Miley Cyrus!  According to reports, one of Miley's friends says that Miley has a schoolgirl crush on the 17 year old crooner and she's already asked him to make a cameo appearance in her upcoming "Hannah Montana" movie.

According to our sources, Justin Long is too "distraught" after being dumped by Drew Barrymore-- so he has dropped out of the roller derby comedy "Whip It!" which marks Barrymore is directing. A pal tells E!,News, "He couldn't stand working with her and not being with her. He's too upset." The source says: "She dumped him. She was hot and cold. One minute she was in love with him amd the next she wanted to break up with him. He is so distraught over the split that he dropped out of the movie."

Katy Perry is having a great month! She is still atop the Billboard Hot 100-- for a fifth week-- with "I Kissed a Girl." Rihanna's "Take a Bow" is at No. 2 and Chris Brown's "Forever," jumps 4-3. Lil Wayne's "Lollipop" featuring Static Major is down 3-4, while Coldplay's "Viva La Vida" comes back, 7-5.

A new report says that Disney stars Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez are dating. The two have been rumored to be a couple for several weeks and now a source has told People Magazine that the two have “been dating for months." Later yesterday, 16 year-old Selena told Extra! the rumor is not true. She said, “The Jonas Brothers are all sweet. They’re so amazing to me. They’ve become really good friends of mine, but I’m not dating any of them."

Brad Pitt is not happy about all the long-lens photos that have been posted on various sites lately, of him and his family on their estate in France. Pitt's lawyer sent a copy of a letter to The Smoking Gun threatening legal action against news outlets if photos taken of the family are published. Brad contends the images were "surreptitiously" taken by paparazzi with "highly powerful telephoto lenses," and, if published, would violate the star's privacy rights.

A day after tabloid rumors that Christian Bale's eight-year marriage may be on the rocks, sources say to E! his marriage to Sandra Blazic is "solid." British tabloids claim that marital troubles are one of the reasons why Bale and his mother, Jenny, and sister Sharon had a physical confrontation at a London hotel. The actor was arrested Tuesday when he turned himself in for questioning. But Bale and Blazic were side-by-side on the red carpet in Barcelona at the Spain premiere of "The Dark Night". He avoided questions about his family troubles but took about 30 minutes to sign autographs for fans.

Wal-Mart has teamed with Disney to offer free wake-up calls from Hannah Montana, (a.k.a. Miley Cyrus), as part of its back-to-school marketing push. Not only are parents given the option to sign up to send their child a wake-up call, they can also send their child a reminder that it is time to do some back-to-school shopping.

TMZ reports Paris was pulled over the other day by the CHP on the 134 freeway in GLENDALE ... near the offramp where Nicole Richie was busted for DUI in 2006. Paris was pulled over for weaving and told the officers: "I'm lost." She was given a warning.

“The Hills” star Lauren Conrad had her clothing line pulled from one of Hollywood’s hottest boutiques, Kitson. The store says it pulled her line because of her lack of involvement with the collection, which led to a lack of sales. The boutique said that LC never came to the store to promote the line and that hurt sales.

The CW show, “Gossip Girl” is causing some drama with the Parents Television Council over some new racy promos. The new promos for the second season of the drama show a topless Leighton Meester making out and Chace Crawford in bed with an older woman. The council has slammed the promos saying that they reek of desperation. The new season of “Gossip Girl” start September 1st on the CW.

50 Cent sued Taco Bell yesterday, saying the restaurant chain made him the star of its hip-hop themed ad campaign without his permission and without paying him a fee. 50 Cent is accusing Taco Bell of "diluting the value of his good name" and employing a guerrilla advertising campaign to fool consumers into thinking he had endorsed the chain. The lawsuit stated: "Without seeking or obtaining 50 Cent's authorization, Taco Bell made him the star and focus of its nation-wide advertising campaign by using his name, persona and trademark to promote Taco Bell's business and products." The lawsuit accuses the chain of disseminating a letter, addressed to 50 Cent that encourages him to change his name to "79 Cent," "89 Cent" or "99 Cent". The letter was designed to promote the company's "79-89-99 Cent Why Pay More" campaign, while avoiding the multimillion-dollar fee Fiddy might have charged to use his name. The letter was eventually sent to 50, but only after it had been circulated to reporters.

But she isn't eager to promote herself as a screen siren, and hates sex scenes after her "awkward" love scenes in the upcoming movie "Jennifer's Body". Megan tells MTV UK.com, "I'm not comfortable with it at all. It annoys me. I have a few love scenes (in Jennifer's Body). I eat and seduce everyone - boys and girls. There's a lot of kissing and craziness. It was awkward, it's always awkward and it's never fun."

Speidi is heading to Iraq! Heidi Montag says her late stepbrother — who fought in Iraq and Afghanistan — has inspired her to visit the Middle East to perform for U.S. troops. "The Hills" star tells Extra her "brother was an airborne ranger in Afghanistan and Iraq. It’s very important to me and important to Spencer to support the troops and go over there.” Montag’s stepbrother died in an accident in March at the Steamboat Springs, Colo., hotel where he worked. Also on the horizon for Heidi and Spencer Pratt: a new video game, which Spence says will be sold at Kitson. He claims, “It’s top secret. Get ready. All your wildest dreams are going to be in it.”

British tabloids reported "Batman" star Christian Bale attended the London premiere of his film 'The Dark Night', despite being accused of assault. The London Sun claims Bale's own mother and sister claim he lost his temper Sunday night at London's Dorchester Hotel. His mother Jenny, and sister Sharon, went to a police station in Hampshire to lodge the complaint. The matter was referred to the Met Police. Detectives decided NOT to approach Bale. But they were expected to question him today.

Star magazine claims Kevin Federline was supposed to head to Broadway in September to play three bit roles in the musical "Legally Blonde". Instead he’s been dumped because of his demands, and there’s now a casting call to fill his parts. Federline was set to move to New York with his boys while he worked on the show, but will have to stay put in LA instead: An 'insider' tells the magazine, “The producers gave Kevin his walking papers. Kevin was acting like a Broadway diva, and he hasn’t even stepped onto the stage yet!”

Despite battling cancer, Patrick Swayze says he is healthy and happy. He was spotted at LAX heading out to Chicago and told photographers, "I'm a miracle dude ... I don't know why." In March, Patrick Swayze announced he had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He began chemotherapy, and in April, the actor and his wife, Lisa, released a statement saying they were "thrilled" with his response to treatment.

Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, Fergie and Mariah Carey are just a few of the names set to perform at the upcoming Fashion Rocks, the music and fashion event inside New York's Radio City Music Hall on Sept. 5. It airs on CBS on Sept. 9. Rihanna, Chris Brown, Duffy, Keith Urban, Kid Rock and Lil Wayne will also perform.

Sources claim Tom Cruise is looking to film a "Top Gun" sequel. According to them, Tom is in talks to reprise his role as Lt. Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell in a long-awaited follow-up. An insider tells The Sun: 'The idea is Maverick is at the Top Gun school as an instructor - and this time it is he who has to deal with a cocky new female pilot.'

Jay Leno’s last day of hosting “The Tonight Show” will be on Friday May 29th-- and NBC will replace him right away. Conan O'Brien will take over for Leno on Monday June 1st. NBC execs made the major announcement at a Television Critics Association meeting. Nobody knows what Leno will do after he leaves NBC, but one option might be jumping to ABC. And with Conan taking over for Leno, that leaves a spot open on “Late Night.” NBC plans to have Jimmy Fallon take over that gig.

According to InTouch Weekly , supermodel Miranda Kerr is done with Orlando Bloom. And sources say she has rebounded with her ex, oil heir Brandon Davis. While a rep for Miranda denies she has split with Orlando, she was overheard telling Brandon about the breakup. The insider claims, “Miranda always seems to go to Brandon when she has a fight with Orlando. He’s her rebound guy.”

Heather Locklear WAS in rehab-- WAS. According to the Enquirer, Heather didn't go to rehab to treat her "depression and anxiety" - she actually needed help with her addictions to alcohol, cocaine, and sleeping pills. On June 19 she checked into the Sierra Tucson clinic for treatment, but she checked OUT on July 4! Her publicist claims she's still in treatment somewhere.

The girls over at Hollyscoop.com  caught up with “The Hills” star Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt at the Race to Erase MS “Orange Pass” shopping benefit in Los Angeles Wednesday night and she talked about who she would love to work with in the future.  When Hollyscoop asked who she would like to collaborate with she replied, "I would say lil Wayne, for sure! Maybe Britney Spears down the road, Madonna, I don’t know there are a lot of people.”

Sarah Jessica Parker has gotten her trademark mole removed. Photos of the actress at Tuesday night's Major League Baseball All-Star Game show her minus the mole. It had been on the "Sex and the City" star's chin. A source told E!, “Yes, she’s had it removed,” and the procedure was “no big deal.”

Despite the rumors, Katherine Heigl's character ain't getting killed off on Grey’s Anatomy. ABC’S entertainment president, Stephen McPherson said, “She’s absolutely staying with the show." In June, Heigl publicly snubbed the show’s writers by withdrawing her name from Emmy consideration, saying, “I did not feel that I was given the material this season to warrant an Emmy nomination.” More recently, Internet buzz claimed that "GA" creator Shonda Rhimes was going to kill off her character Izzie with a life-threatening brain tumor.

This upcoming season of "Scrubs" will be Zach Braff's last. The series heads to ABC this season after seven seasons on NBC. Braff said he would be open to returning as a guest star, and could possibly also direct. Most of the upcoming season has already been shot and will air in midseason.

Katie Holmes is returning to television - in a guest role on the TV show "Eli Stone", this Fall. Katie is set to play an attorney in her one-episode stint on the show. An ABC exec said, We talked a little bit about her role...It is not a one scene-two scene role she has a significant role." Word has it, the episode will air on October 21.

Kanye West will play the Democratic National Convention in August. He will be joined by N.E.R.D and Wyclef Jean at the event, which is part of Barack Obama's campaign to become President. It opens on Monday, August 25th in Denver and will also feature a host of Hollywood stars. Scarlett Johannson, Ben Affleck, Forrest Whitaker, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Ed Norton are all scheduled to appear at the political function. Celebrities including Michael Stipe, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Jay-Z, Roger Waters, Will Smith, George Clooney, Jennifer Aniston and John Cleese have previously voiced their support for Obama's campaign.

Diddy needs a personal assistant! He is going to look for one on a new VH1 competitive reality series called "I Want To Work For Diddy," which will follow 13 hungry applicants as they compete to land the job of being Diddy's next assistant. According to a press release from Bad Boy, the contestants will be challenged emotionally, physically and mentally to earn the privilege of doing Diddy's bidding, and just one lucky person will get the chance to call him their boss. "I Want To Work For Diddy" will premiere on Monday, August 4 at 9 PM ET/PT.

Jay-Z has Timbaland on board for his next album and Tim is talking about it. He said: "He wants me to do the whole thing this time around. I'mma make it a classic too. You better believe it. It'll be a monster!" Timbaland and Jay don't have a start date for the production of the record yet but Tim wants to get started in the next few months.

According to the NY Post, friends of Madonna say she is "loving" the attention she's getting from the Alex Rodriguez scandal. In fact, as of Sunday, she was planning on fueling the rumors by cheering on A-Rod during today's All-Star game at Yankee Stadium. A friend tells the paper, "She, [manager] Guy Oseary and some friends have tickets and are planning on going. She doesn't care about the press it will get - she loves it. It just gets her more publicity for her upcoming Sticky and Sweet tour." A friend says, "Cynthia's claims don't bother Guy. He and Madonna have an unconventional marriage and are fine with it. He is obsessed with his work and so is she. They are not planning on divorcing."

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have reportedly decided passed on several multi-million dollar offers to publish the first pictures of their newborn daughter Sunday Rose. The new mom and her country-singing husband are undecided whether to release a photograph of the newborn, but if they do it will be for free—according to the Morning Herald.

Rihanna has been named as the face of Gucci’s new UNICEF campaign. She will star in the Italian fashion label’s first ad campaign called ‘Tattoo Heart’ featuring special-edition products for UNICEF, all with a tattoo-style heart motif. 25 percent of sales will be donated to the global charity which fights for children's rights.

And….Mariah Carey is set to perform her single "I'll Be Lovin' You Long Time" at TEEN CHOICE 2008, which air Monday, Aug. 4 8:00 PMET/PT on FOX. Miley Cyrus will host.

Angelina Jolie gave birth to a girl and a boy, around 6:30 p.m. Saturday. Dr. Michel Sussmann said Angelina, the babies and her partner, Brad Pitt, "are doing marvelously well." The boy is named Knox Leon, and the girl is Vivienne Marcheline. The boy weighed 5.03 pounds and the girl 5 pounds.

According to reports, two magazines are fighting for the rights to the official first photographs of the Angelina-Brad Pitt twins. People and OK! are bidding, and sources say the money could top $15 million.

Rumor claim Michelle Williams is working on a personal film about her late actor boyfriend Heath Ledger. The actress would like to keep his memory alive for the sake of their two-year-old daughter Matilda. A source tells the Australian Daily Telegraph, "It makes Michelle's heart ache that Matilda was so young when Heath died and she's unlikely to retain any memories of her father. She (Williams) wants to keep his spirit alive with something Matilda can treasure all her life." The proposed film will feature friends and colleagues sharing their memories of Heath.

"Heroes" cutie Hayden Panettiere might have a big question to answer. Boyfriend and co-star Milo Ventimiglia was spotted ring shopping. And friends say he's planning a romantic proposal - for later this year. A pal tells In Touch magazine, "Milo was looking at rings in late June. He really likes Cartier and intends to spend around $200,000."

HBO says that a sequel to the "Sex and the City" movie is in the early stages of development. Michael Lombardo, president of HBO's programming group, told a group of reporters at the cable network's annual press tour in Los Angeles, "We're really heartened by the fans' enthusiasm. Absolutely, there is a lot of energy behind doing another SATC movie." A source confirmed that Warner Bros. has begun discussions on a sequel, and the studio is hoping to fast-track the project.

Black Eyed Peas rapper Taboo and fiancé Jaymie Dizon were married on Saturday, in Pasadena, Calif.. Guests included the groom's Black Eyed Peas bandmates will.i.am, Apl de ap as groomsmen, and Fergie, accompanied by fiancé Josh Duhamel. Best man was his childhood friend and manager Polo Molina.

In the new issue of Us Weekly, former Oakland A and onetime Yankee Jose Canseco tells how Madonna tried to romance him in 1991 even though, like Alex Rodriguez, he was married at the time. Canseco tells the mag, "She wanted to get married and have a child with me — she wanted a Cuban child". Canseco recalls: "We went downstairs [at her house in the Hollywood Hills] and she came over and said, 'What would you do if I kissed you?' and then sat on my lap and kissed me." Madonna even offered to support him if he split with his wife. Jose adds, "She said, 'I have lots of money. Don't worry about that'".

Cynthia Rodriguez says that she still loves her cheating husband Alex Rodriguez, but that she had to leave him to prove she is not weak. She told the New York Post that she walked out because the Yankees slugger arrogantly thought she would stand by him through his infidelities — and she was sick of being taken for granted. But, while she said she will never go back to him, Cynthia promised she will still be there for Alex as a friend to pick up the pieces when he “cracks up”.  

TMZ reports, Jessica Alba and hubby Cash Warren are the latest celeb parents to cash in on baby pics. OK! mag has ponied up $1.5 million for shots of Honor Marie Warren. The two-part deal consists of pictures of the baby now, and one other "event" -- possibly a holiday gathering or vacation.

Audrina Patridge, from "The Hills" is now charging $5,000 an hour to make personal appearances. Sources (at TheDirty.com) report that Audrina will make $10k for two hours worth of "work" at a nightclub in San Diego -- "work" meaning she has to show up and stand there. The contract also demands that Audrina gets, "a secure VIP area with complimentary beer, mixed drinks and bottle service (two bottles) and at least one security guard at all times."

Queen Latifah's was injured during a motorcycling accident. Latifah rented a motor scooter to tour the U.S. Virgin island of St. Thomas during her vacation in May. But she lost control of the vehicle and went flying. Latifah injured her right elbow and knee in the crash, but refused to seek treatment at a nearby hospital.
 

Several tabloid reports say Michael Jackson has started discussions about working with the reunited New Kids On The Block. According to UK paper The Mirror, Michael held a meeting with Donnie Wahlberg, Danny Wood, Joey McIntyre, Jordan Knight and Jonathan Knight in Nevada.

The hospital where Angelina Jolie will give birth says it has covered the windows of her room with a special material to prevent paparazzi from taking pictures of the actress and Brad Pitt. The Lenval hospital in Nice in southern France said photos that claim to show Brangelina in her room are fakes that have been manipulated or show other patients. In a statement, the hospital said it is "totally impossible" to see inside the room from the outside due to a material on the windows that camera lenses cannot see through. The statement wasn't specific but a hospital spokeswoman thinks material was a type of film. She said it was put on especially for Angelina.

TMZ reports that one of the conditions of getting the the Angelina-Brad newborn twins pics is that the winning mag is forbidden from using "Brangelina." Sources say the couple hates the moniker -- but no one more than Angelina.

A pal tells Us Weekly that New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez was falling for Madonna six months ago. He was exchanging text messages with her while dining in Miami. The dinner companion claims, "He kept smiling, acting as if he was a little kid." A-Rod supposedly "proceeded to say he was in love with her." The pal "thought he was kidding, but he wasn't." By February, the 32-year-old slugger had "said, 'She's my soulmate, dude'".

The National Enquirer is reporting that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are expecting their second child. A source tells the tabloid, “A few days before the Fourth of July, Jen began calling close pals with the news that she was pregnant again. Jen said she’s three months along - and she and Ben are ‘ecstatic’.” The source adds, “She and Ben are still deciding whether they’ll ask the sex of the child.”

Brian Austin Green says he is ha snot broken up with Megan Fox. In fact, he tells TV Guide, "We met on Hope and Faith. We’ve lived together for three years. We have tattoos of each other’s names. We have more time away from each other now than we’d like." As for the "90210" spinoff, Green says: "They haven’t approached me personally. I met one of the girls on the show randomly at Coffee Bean. She introduced herself. I wish them the best. I hope it’s a hit."

Former "Friends" and "Dirt" star Courteney Cox is returning to the small screen. The actress will join NBC comedy "Scrubs" for three episodes. Courteney will be playing the new Chief of Medicine at the show's fictional Sacred Heart Hospital.

John Mayer confessed he once enjoyed a fling with a groupie. John says it happened years ago and he'd never fall for a fan again because modern technology has left him too scared. John said: "I might have hooked up with people, but as soon as we hooked up, they weren't fans anymore. I haven't done it in a really long time, since the camera phone! I'm not trusting enough to really open up to anybody I don't know very well anymore."

Pete Wentz needs to get his paperwork in order after reportedly finding out that his driving license is invalid. Pete was pulled over by police in Hollywood yesterday afternoon but fortunately for Pete, his sister Hilary was driving his black SUV so he wasn't hauled off to the nearest police station. When Pete identified himself as the owner of the vehicle, he told his license had expired and he needed to update the information before he could get back behind the wheel.
 

Coldplay's Chris Martin says men should change their baby's diapers because it's "mentally cleansing". Chris is married to actress Gwyneth Paltrow. He finds cleaning up after his kids to be the best part of being a dad. Chris said, "Men should always change diapers. It's a very rewarding experience. It's mentally cleansing. It's like washing dishes but imagine if the dishes were your kids, so you really love your dishes."
