At the Teen Choice Awards last year “Pretty Little Liars” stole the show. According to ABC Family, the hit drama “won every category it was nominated in,” and this year the buzz is high for a repeat.

Among the five “PLL” nominations for 2012 is “Choice TV Villain” for which Janel Parrish, who plays antagonist Mona Vanderwall on the show, is in the running.

The Teen Choice Awards is the place to be for young, hot stars so you might expect Janel to have a sexy date by her side. However as she revealed to us, her red carpet date isn’t who you might expect. "My who's in the Army is going to back from Kuwait by then, so she's going to be my date. She's excited and I'm excited."

We love that Janel is showing her sister some love. She definitely understands the saying: boys may come and go, but family is forever!
