After selling over 43 million albums worldwide and winning seven Grammy Awards Usher is still managing to make fans “Scream.”
Early Thursday Usher Raymond IV released his second single “Scream” off his eagerly anticipated seventh studio album Looking For Myself which is due out on June 12th from RCA Records.
Usher sings, “If you wanna scream ‘yeah,’ let me know and I’ll take you there / Get you going like a-ooh baby baby, ooh baby baby, a-ooh baby baby, ooh baby / If you want it done right, hope you’re ready to go.”
The track was co-written by Savan Kotecha, who has an impressive resume of working with some of musics brightest pop stars including Britney Spears and One Direction.
“Scream” comes on the heels of Usher’s previous genre-defying smash single ”Climax,” and two multi-platinum chart-topping collaborations “Without You” by David Guetta which held the #1 spot on the Pop charts and “Promise” with Romeo Santos which held the #1 spot on the Latin charts.
Usher has worked alongside a variety of impressive collaborators including Salaam Remi, Diplo, Rico Love, Jim Jonsin, and Max Martin in Looking For Myself.
