Jennie Garth visited the “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” studios Wednesday to talk about her reality show Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country.

On Filming Her Reality Show
“I wanted it to be real. I didn’t want it to be fake and untrue to who I am. Because I couldn’t do it. I tried to do it as an unscripted comedy, and I tried for like a week to make that work, and it felt so weird and foreign that I said ‘I’ve got to make this real and authentic’ and unfortunately it meant opening up and being a little bit more vulnerable than I had thought I was going to.”

On Best Advice:
“I would say just ‘Don’t fight it. Have faith that everything is going to ultimately be the way it’s going to be.’ I am a believer in that everything is exactly the way it’s suppose to be. ”

Be sure to tune in to Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country on Fridays 9/8c on CMT.
