Mischa Barton Arrested!

Sources tell Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY that actress Mischa Barton was arrested in the wee hours this morning! She was handcuffed and arrested at 2:46AM last night and booked at 3:10AM.

Mischa was arrested on the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles late last night in her white Range Rover for Driving Under the Influence and driving without a license.

Her bail amount is set at $10,000

UPDATE: The LA Sheriff's Department has issued a press release regarding Mischa Barton's arrest. Here is some of the info listed in the press release.

- DEPUTIES FROM WEST HOLLYWOOD SHERIFF'S STATION STOPPED A VEHICLE DRIVEN BY
- ACTRESS MISCHA ANNE BARTON AFTER HER VEHICLE WAS SEEN STRADDLING TWO LANES OF TRAFFIC AND
- FAILED TO SIGNAL WHEN MAKING A TURN.
- DURING MS. BARTON'S DETENTION, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT SHE WAS AN UNLICENSED DRIVER AND WAS DRIVING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE.
- MS. BARTON WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO WEST HOLLYWOOD SHERIFF'S STATION WHERE THE BOOKING PROCESS WAS COMPLETED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
- SHE IS BEING HELD IN LIEU OF $10,000 BAIL. THE INVESTIGATION IS ONGOING AT THIS TIME.
